partyrocks: up to 4 hours hire if on its own but if its in a package it would be either 2 or 3 hours depending on whet you picked, if needed longer additional costs would apply

customer: what's does holding fee mean?

partyrocks: when any of our equipment is on hire to you we ask for this to make sure you use the equipment correctly and no damage is occurred to the items we leave with you, if any item is damages e.g bouncy castle punctured, ripped or left in a state after inspection when collected we then give this back to you so don't panic

customer: do you take full payment of the party or pay bits of in advance?

partyrocks: we take £25 of every customer to book you party and payment on the day as we deal with a high volume of customers it would be hard to keep tack if people started to pay the odd £30 hear and there our advise would give it to a family member to keep hold of it for you if you find it hard to put it aside ha ha

customer: whats the difference between mascot visits excluding the obvious price

partyrocks: if you choose a 45 min visit this would include entertainment when the mascot would be out chance for photos and time to do the birthday cake if customers request with gift and card,20 mins is meet and greet chance for photos and time to do birthday cake at customers request,hire means that you use the mascot to suit your plan for the party. we always try our best to get the times the customer wants for the visits on the day
