Absolutely amazing had bouncy castle soft play glitter tattoos and balloon modelling! Fab communications before the party to make sure everything was just right and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome! I’m useless with names but the girls were amazing helped me from start to finish including with the set up! Deffo be using again with more parties!

Had a party package at The Willows centre. Room was great plenty of space and very clean. Catherine was lovely happy to help with anything, made us feel comfortable holding a party for young children and could make the room feel like our own. 100% recommended and will use again for future bookings Thank you

well what can I say. spoke via messanger in the morning and asked for a same day hire, absolute pleasure to talk to nothing was to much trouble, bouncy castle was here by 11.30am the gentleman that brung it was an absolute diamond and again nothing was to much hassle. he had my children running rings around him but still again was brilliant. will definitely be back again. my kids thoroughly enjoyed them selfs today. just what we needed on such a lovely day

Had a 3rd birthday party for our daughter today contacted party rocks for help on packages super speedy response very helpful and amazing service .. the bouncy castle/softplay/ball pit and scuttle bugs were a massive hit all the children enjoyed themselves and the men who came to set up were fabulous couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend and use again

I just want to leave a quick review. My son had his 4th birthday party at the willows center today, amazing place, the soft play and bouncy castle was spotless, not forgetting the hall. Staff were amazing and always happy to help, and buzz lightyear appearance at the end was brilliant . Thank you so much for making my sons birthday the best one yet. He loved every second! Defo recommend and will be booking again next year!

Cannot recommend these guys enough, we hired their Peppa Pig Mascot for my niece's birthday and she absolutely loved it! Amazing quality costume, great value for money and wonderful customer service. Looking forward to the next party

Hired for my daughter's 4th Birthday today, had bouncy castle, facepainting, balloon modelling and glitter tattoos, mini disco and a visit from spongebob. Absolutely perfect, poor old spongebob even had a go on the bouncy castle! Great contact from company too just to keep you informed of the day's timings. Highly recommend.

The disco with party games and dances was amazing for my daughters 4th birthday party! The children were kept entertained and all got involved and enjoyed themselves. The staff worked very hard to ensure this. Would definitely recommend.

The price of the package was well worth the value. Everything was set up before we arrived at the venue and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked the soft play and costume hire for my sons 1st Birthday. Very professional and the equipment was immaculate. Everything was set up on time and quickly. Would definitely recommend to people looking for soft play

We had the bouncy castle, face painting, glitter tattoos, face painting, soft play, music and fireman Sam for a three year old party today and it was fab! Our three year old son had the best time! The team were amazing and had everything set up/taken down in no time and made the kids feel super special when having their faces painted etc... nothing was too much to ask and would really recommend them for anyone wanting this type of party! Hired party rocks bounce for my sons birthday party in the willows...food was great - and plenty of it, Spider-Man mascot was excellent with the kids and Catherine couldn't do enough to help, even standing outside directing people to the back car park because main one was full. Couldn't recommend them enough, and will definitely be using them again. Thank you x

Had the entertainment package for my two little boys christening for three hours straight they entertained all the children! Just finished up my daughters 1st birthday party. Everyone had a fantastic time and Harlow especially loved the minion mascot will definitely be booking again in the future.

Hired a bouncy castle, disco, face painting and mascot. The kids loved it. The man who set up the bouncy castle came back to tell me I had overpaid him by £50 which I thought was very honest and trustworthy to do so. Will recommend and use again.

Have to say these are brilliant. I phoned them last week to book them for my kids party & even though they were booked on that day, they went out of their way to make the booking for me for an alternative company they use. I was able to pay them the deposit & they dealt with my queries. Most other companies would have said sorry we're booked & that be end of it. We've used them for the last few years & the kids have had great parties. They come highly recommended.

Nothing is too much trouble and Catherine and her team took the time to get all the children involved with the party games and created a great atmosphere! My little boy had his 3rd birthday party sunday just gone and he and rest of kids (including us adults) really enjoyed it the castle was great the girls doing facepaints n balloon modelling were so polite and great with the kids and even helped do the pass the parcel and did limbo game the mascots spiderman & minion were fantastic running around and dancing with the children all in all a fantastic afternoon and would recommend to anyone.
